Lamoille North DEI Roadmap

  • Creation of a Restorative & Trauma-Informed Practices Committee
  • Establish Committee Priorities
    • Develop new LNSU three-year plan to incorporate trauma-informed practices
    • Improve school culture/climate & social skills
    • Increase understanding of diversity & inclusion
  • Assess professional training and coaching needs and schedule those opportunities
  • Develop a Restorative Practices/Trauma Informed Practices Toolkit, make recommendations for school handbook updates
  • Creation of a district-wide DEI/Restorative Practices Team responsible for identifying district-wide training needs and developing the three-year plan.  This plan will include members of school district administration as well as representatives from each LNSU school.
