- The team will be trained to better understand and incorporate DEI pillars. These leaders will help administrators and staff in each school address conflict on a case-by-case basis.
2. The team will look at the practices and policies in place with an equitable lens and make recommendations to the Social and Racial Justice Committee of the school board.
3. The team will work with the Curriculum Director to address areas of DEI-growth within the LNSU curriculum approach, taking into account state and federal Educational Quality Standards.
