At Lamoille North, student safety and well-being are our top priorities. To protect your child in an emergency, support their health needs, and ensure smooth communication throughout the year, we rely on parents and caregivers to complete our Annual Update Forms.

These forms are not a ‘re-do’ of the online registration process; they are a chance for you to review and update the information we already have for your student(s).

These forms provide our schools with critical, up-to-date information, including:

• Emergency contacts

• Medical needs and allergies

• Transportation details

• Permissions related to technology and school activities

When families take the time to complete these forms, they directly strengthen our ability to respond quickly in an emergency, provide the proper health supports, and keep every child safe, supported, and connected.

How to Complete the Annual Notifications

• Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account.

• In the left menu, select More, then Online Registration Update, and click Start next to Annual Update Forms.

• BE SURE TO CLICK SUBMIT WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE FORM

• If you don’t have a portal account, email IC-support@lnsd.org.

• Paper copies are also available by contacting your student’s school front office.

Why It Matters

Completing these forms is not just paperwork—it’s one of the most important ways parents and caregivers can partner with Lamoille North Supervisory Union to ensure student health, safety, and success.

In addition, state law requires schools to provide annual notifications (annual updates) to families. Parents’ or guardians’ acknowledgement ensures that you have been informed of your rights and responsibilities related to your child’s education.
