Dates:     Meeting Start Time:  12:00 - 3:00 

• September 26: ID & Verify Lists of Renewals 

• October 24: Full day - Approve PL

• November 21*: Approve PL

• December 19: ALL PL due - approve PL  

• January 23: Approve PL - *potential renewals??

• February 20: Renewals OPEN 1st week of Feb

• March 20: ALL Renewals Due - Approve Renewals 

• April 17: Process Glitches

• May 22: Spring Coursework PL & Renewals

• June 5: Clear the year / EOY ppwk /Set next year
